I need a mobile blade sharpner/grinder, Does any a single know of a creditable a single in East Sussex ? or have been a unequivocally left with a Dodo's

This is a real shame, along with Bengal Tigers, Panda's, Golden Eagles. Contact your local environmental group. Raising this species in captivity may be the answer.

There were a few around here 100yrs ago, apparantly, but as the trade was not passed down, they are all IT engineers.
However, I discovered that both my local decorative ironworks folks, and the local hardware / building supplies / everything emporium would gladly put a nice edge on kitchen knives.
Afterwards kept nice & sharp using one of those hand-held things with angled "steels" inside. Back & forth a few times.
Ah, the trends of DIY have put a lot of trades on the endangered species list.
