Can anyone please help me with a registration number for my Navigon 4 (Transonic) sat nav?

I have unnoticed a activation number, navigon.com tells me a section is already purebred as well as we have been upon reason by write for twenty 5 mins @ 25p per minute.
Please can someone assistance me.

    I am afraid the software and serial number are locked to the hardware (I assume it is pocket pc).

    The FAQ section of http://www.navigon.com states that they will provide an activation code if you contact their support centre by fax or e-mail and send a copy of your receipt (and the original receipt if second hand).
