i was seeking during a uk dell page for a inspiron mini 9 as well as a usually handling complement which was offering was windows xp, it pronounced zero about ubuntu similar to a american page did. so can we buy it with ubuntu in a uk?

I don’t know, but you could always download it afterwards and dual boot linux and XP.

Actually, wikipedia says that only windows xp is available. Hopefully ubuntu will be developed later on.

idk but maybe u could have someone order it in the us for u and then send it to you. or just buy one with ubuntu off ebay or something

Yes you can check out the dell site:http://www.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/laptop-inspiron-9?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs But it is a lower end system and they do not offer it on the higher end models.
