How come we can’t buy ‘The Lost Symbol’ upon a excite store in AUS though we can in USA. we wish to buy it upon a excite store means im in aus though the not accessible though when we switch to usa it has it.

It is because of export rules so some books are not available to customer outside the U.S. See the section "Shopping in the Kindle Store" in the official page here for details:

It is because rights are sold geographically, and Amazon could not or would not get Australian rights for the Kindle, at least right away for a reasonable price.

Basically copywrite restrictions. I’m sure Amazon is working to make it available to all, but its probably quite a challenge. You could try a work around of registering a US address and using a gift card to make purchases to get US books. I know this is what people used to do before the international version was available.
