that depends on you. how many YOU do. do as many as you can every other day for two months. you should see results.

id say about a month depending on how weighty you are. i dont buy all that exspensive crap anyway

Keep at it for around 2 weeks (every second day, BREAKS ARE IMPORTANT) and you should see a slight change.
Each session should go for 30-60 minutes with brief rests in between.
Dont forget to eat plenty of red meat during your break-time (not too much lol). This is also important.
Set greater goals each session, this is a test of willpower and endurance.
Then keep going for another 3 months – you should notice a big difference by then.
But dont stop when you’re happy, just lay off a bit, without pushing yourself too hard.
then again, these sort of things vary from person to person, just keep that in mind.
