I had to rest a blackberry behind to bureau settings as a inetrnet wasnt working, as well as after we had accomplished a set up wizrd a email icons werent there, when i went to email set up, both my personal email as well as blackberry addresses have been related though arent set up!

You may need to register on the network, then send your service books to the device. First, go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing table. Highlight one of the tables, press the menu key, then select Register.
Next, log in to your BlackBerry Internet Service web site for your carrier and then resend the service books. Or you could call the carrier and ask them to do that for you.
