I’m finishing off The Lost Symbol – Dan Brown as well as considering in between Charles Dickens – Great Expectations as well as Louisa May Alcott – Little Women for my subsequent read.
Thanks for all the responses, the genuine engaging guidance what alternative ppl have been reading..
I motionless upon Little Women in the end.. picking up from the second book where we had left off.
Jane: i felt which with The Lost Symbol…it was hyped up the bit most upon comment it being created by Dan Brown though we found which it wasn’t as great as Da Vinci Code as well as Angels as well as Demons..

I love Meg Cabot (Heather Wells [upcoming movie]& Queen of Babble [upcoming movie], and tons of others), Sophie Kinsella’s (Shopaholic [movie based on her books] & Remember Me), Jennifer Weiner (Good in Bed & Certain Girls), Jane Green (Mr. Maybe) and Emily Giffin (Something Borrowed & Something Blue) books. They are all great authors!
For a young adult/teen Meg Cabot’s young adult books. She is the best author. Also best selling. She wrote tons of books including the Princess Diaries (Movies based on her books), Mediator (upcoming movie), 1-800-Missing (TV show based on her books), All-American Girl (up coming movie), Jinx, Airhead and more. She has adult books too, so you can grow with her.
If you want more info or any of the authors website’s email me.

I usually have a few going at once. A modern novel, a historic one. Some history or bio & some sci-fi. Right now I’m rereading Jack Kerouac’s On The Road, into Piers Anthony’s Shade of the Tree-(He’s Nora Roberts like). I’ve got Baldacci’s Split Second for next & I LOVE Raymond Chandler. Just found a few I haven’t yet read of his.
Great Expectations is a marvelous read. I hated to see it end. &Alcott is a very good writer. Always nice to read something by either.

I’m currently reading The Children’s Book by AS Byatt.
When I’ve finished that, my next book will either be Ghosts by John Banville, The Girl Who Played With Fire by Stieg Larsson, Company Of Liars by Karen Maitland, Revenance by Terence Blacker or The Woman In White by Wilkie Collins. It will depend on my mood.

Right now im Reading ‘The Book Thief’ which is really good
I am thinking next maybe, Nelson Mandela Biography? Or ‘Deception Point’ by Dan Brown.
I have read Great Expectations, it is good, but because it is so famous people have high expectations of it (i nearly said great expectations then, but decided against it
) people are sometimes disppointed by it, so try not to expect too much from it, then you may enjoy it

I just finished "the French Lieutenant’s Woman," which was not too hard to read and was very good.
Today I just begam Atlas Shrugged. This is definitely a tough one, which is why I am wasting time on the computer until I get back to.
Next I think I am going to read The Lost Symbol, because Brown’s books are just so much fun and easy to read, so it will be a breeze after finishing Atlas Shrugged.
I would suggest Great Expectations for you to read next, since you just finshed an easy book, and it’s definitely harder than Little Womae. Once you finish, you can relax with either Little Women or an easier book.
