Hello, we only got the IRON GYM for christmas, as well as we was wondering if any one had the great examination slight they make use of with it? Like what days do we do any workout, as well as how most days the week do we do it? we have listened which it is bad for augmenting flesh distance when we examination each day, which we need to give your muscles the rest so they can heal. Is which true? Thanks in advance!

have no idea
i dont even know what an iron gym is
but you do need to split bodyparts up…i work with free weights so…you gotta figure the exercises out on your own…heres what im currently doing
monday-biceps+abs+forearms
tuesday-calves+delts
wed.-legs
thursday-back+traps
friday-chest+triceps+abs
and you should give muscles a week to repair
not a day or 2
also
you need a high calorie, high carb, high protein diet
also you need whey for after you workout
just for a few basics

my routine is
moday chest bicepts super sets
tuesday legs
wendsday back shoulders super sets
thursday tricepts forarms
I have hockey once a week so i have to miss a day. And i do abs at home every night. just 200 crunches before i go to bed.

you should work out every other day, that way your muscles get a chance to rest.the routine i use with it is, first i start with pull ups and chin ups, then i take it to the floor for some push-up and dips. then to finish off the workout i do sit ups.

with the iron gym its best to keep your reps between 8-12.If that gets too easy then add weights in a book bag or something and go at it again. close hand underhand chin up is best for biceps, wide hand overhand pull up is best for the back. Also try doing push ups and dips with the bar on the floor.my routine is i aim for 50.i do one variation until failure each set, until i get to 50.Do this twice a week and you’ll blow up.Good luck.

then wen i go to bed i do the same thing

it only takes 2 min.

i start with pullups ( 2 sets of 10)
Then chinups (same)
Then work your way down to pushups (3 sets of 10)
next comes dips (same)
finish it off with sit ups ( however many you can do)

ima teen , about 16 here and here’s what my instructer told me to do, i have tho money so i can afford to pay this guy. ive been following this for around 1 month and my abs appear more toned and my biceps grew 3 centimeters. home coming is in 3 months so i gotta get real built, here it is, its intense.. By the way im 180 pounds and 6’3. pretty big for my age.
5 days a week, 2 hours a day in total, using protein shakes and bars.I usually take 5 shakes a day and 2 bars.
Monday- 500 crunches, 650 chin ups, 800 pushups.
Tuesday- 600 pull ups, 700 leg curls. 500 upsidedown crunches.
Wednesday- 700 crunches, 800 chin ups, 600 pullups.
Thursday – 900 crunches, 900 leg curls, 900 pushups.
Friday(Hardest of all) 1200 crunches, 1500 leg curls, 700 pushups, 700 chin ups.
This doesnt have to be all at once, you can scatter em accross the day, but you gotta do atleast 350 a set to make the results good.

I’m gonna agree with ben. His routine seems steady. Not too much, not too little. And, if it is either of those problems, it’d be easy to adjust until it’s not too simple or too difficult.

A slow way you can do it is everytime you go to the toilet do 15 – 20 push ups then some sit ups, and just do it all through the week you will end up doing well over 100/150 in a week and it will just become habit, it works lol

hi my names danny,i just wanna say arnsack you chat S**T, thats impossible even for someone that is a body builder. im a soldier for the british forces and we have a strict fitness routine every other day, and even i couldnt do that and nor could any of my team. im sorry but if you wanna get big then you gotta start off slow and easy and slowly work your way up. you wont see much difference like that it takes time but all you gotta do is set yourself a routine and stick to it, eat exleast 6 meals a day, and do a good work out once in the moring i usually do this after breakfast everytime at half 5, then in the evening at 7, and before i go bed i do 200 press ups, this will keep your upper body strength to the top. good look people.

Hey,
I have a good work out with the Iron Gym that I made up.
Set:
10 Front grip pull-ups
10 T-push ups (hold a 10s side plank, arm extended, rotate into a regular push-up, then rotate againt to a 10s side plank on the other side)
10 wide grip pull-ups
10 push-up crawls (regular push up, bring one leg up to 90 deg towards your arm as you come towards the floor, repeat on other side)
10 reverse grip pull-ups
10 tricep push-ups
10 leg lifts to 90 degress, hanging from the Iron Gym.
Repeat the entire set 2 or 3 times.
I would google the moves I haven’t explained well. This is a pretty good upper body workout.

4 set of 8-10 reps wide grip pull ups (1 minute rest between sets)
(2 minute rest)
4 set of 8-10 reps Close grip pull ups (1 minute rest between sets)
(2 minute rest)
4 set of 8-10 reps chin ups (under hand) (1 minute rest between sets)
(2 minute rest)
4 set of 8-10 reps pull ups using the grips that extend perpindicular to door frame (1 minute rest between sets)
In the end you do 128 – 140 Pull ups in about 20 minutes. Add rest time or reduce reps to meet your fitness level.
