About a month ago we had operation upon my reduce leg for cancer skin cancer. we would similar to to know if any one has any recommendation upon what a most appropriate products have been to make use of upon a wound to foster healing. My alloy pronounced hydrogen peroxide as well as vaseline though I’ve been told which this might not be a right treatment. Any suggestions?

hydrogen peroxide kills healthy tissue, I wouldn’t have believed a doctor would tell you that. Gentle cleansing with mild soap and water and a hydroactive dressing will provide a stable environment for wound healing. See an enterostomal specialist at any hospital.
