I only got a wii fit as well as have been regulating it to examination though am kinda ill of only a strength precision as well as yoga. we wish something that has some-more of a examination as well as cardio to remove a little weight.
I’ve narrowed it down to 3 that had great reviews: gold’s gym cardio, EA sports active, as well as my aptness coach.
Does any one have these games as well as discuss it me that they prefer? Do we make use of a wii fit house with any?
please help! ![]()
Brian- we conclude your input, approbation I’ve attempted all a games upon wii fit, I’m seeking for a some-more plain examination instead of only personification mini games.
I consider we might only go to blockbuster as well as lease any diversion afterwards confirm that we similar to a best.

I’ve done some research, and I’m buying my fitness coach soon. It sounds like that "game" is well suited to giving a good workout.
You mentioned the Wii Fit and it’s board. They say you use it, but the reviews said otherwise.
Question back to you, you mention the Yoga and strength training on Fit. Have you done any of the cardio games, like running, or hoola hoop, stepping on and off the board, or even the boxing thing? These are all fun "games" that are great cardio.

you should get ea active it is the best game for fitness on wii i was also researching it today and im getting the active one the cardio is also good but i heard sometimes the directions aren’t as easy to understand and the active has the 30 day challenge and you keep track of what you did that whole day like how long you slept how much water you drank etc…

Here’s a good site to look at:
http://www.nutwiisystem.com
Click on the link that says "Best Wii Exericse Games". You’ll see in-depth reviews of all the games you mentioned and more. For the record, the reviewer chose EA Sports Active over the other two.

I would recommend Ea sports active because it is a great workout and i like it much much better than wii fit. I had the same problem with wii fit- it was too boring than i switched and bought EA and it was an awesome decision. Im glad i bought it !

I own all three and ill tell you whats good about them
My Fitness Coach: you don’ use the balance board and it Designs a workout for you and provides a challenge. What i don’t like about this game is that it reminds me of workout DVDs since you don’t even have to do the workouts you can sit and watch and it thinks you are
Golds Gym: I liked it but there was just not alot to do in the game and i got bored of it within a week
EA Sports Active: This game is fun and also meets your exercising needs. Comes with a fitness band and a knee strap. The game has a very good progress meter and is very accurate with its workout results
So if i had to put them in order of best to worst i would say
1.EA Sports Active
2.My Fitness Coach
3.Golds gym:Cardio
